By requesting, booking, purchasing, or using any service provided by Forte Clean Co., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Forte Clean Co. provides mobile detailing, vehicle cleaning, home cleaning, pressure washing, lawn care, snow removal, and elated property maintenance services throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. Services may be modified, suspended, declined, or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All pricing displayed on our website, advertisements, flyers, social media pages, or promotional materials is intended as a starting estimate only.

Final pricing may vary based on:

- Vehicle size

- Property size

- Service location

- Condition of the vehicle or property

- Excessive dirt, staining, pet hair, odors, mold, biological contaminants, or other factors requiring additional labour

- Additional customer requests

Quotes are subject to review and approval before service begins. Forte Clean Co. reserves the right to adjust pricing after inspection of the vehicle or property.

3. Condition-Based Charges

Certain conditions require additional time, labour, chemicals, or specialized treatment.

These may include:

- Excessive pet hair

- Smoke contamination

- Mold or mildew

- Bodily fluids

- Biohazard contamination

- Excessive staining

- Heavy grease or oil contamination

- Excessive debris accumulation

Additional charges may apply. Customers will be informed whenever practical before work proceeds.

4. Weather Policy

As a mobile service provider, weather conditions may affect scheduling.

Appointments may be postponed, rescheduled, or modified due to:

- Rain

- Snow

- High winds

- Extreme temperatures

- Unsafe working conditions

Forte Clean Co. will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative scheduling options.

5. Existing Damage

Customers are responsible for informing Forte Clean Co. of any existing damage before service begins.

This includes but is not limited to:

- Paint damage

- Scratches

- Chips

- Interior damage

- Loose trim

- Electrical issues

- Water leaks

- Mechanical concerns

Forte Clean Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects.

6. Satisfaction Policy

We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion. We reserve the right to inspect and, where appropriate, correct any verified service-related issues. Refunds are not guaranteed.

7. Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future service.

8. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

- Cash

- E-transfer

- Credit Card

- Debit Card

- Other approved methods

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts.

9. Photographs

Forte Clean Co. may photograph vehicles, properties, and completed work for documentation, quality control, training, and marketing purposes. Personally identifying information will not be intentionally disclosed without permission. Customers may request exclusion from marketing use before service begins.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forte Clean Co. shall not be liable for:

- Indirect damages

- Consequential damages

- Lost profits

- Existing damage

- Mechanical failures

- Electrical failures

- Hidden defects

- Weather-related issues

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Forte Clean Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to:

- Unsafe conditions

- Aggressive behaviour

- Harassment

- Fraudulent activity

- Biohazard risks

- Conditions outside our service capabilities

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
